Treaty of Nice

The full text of the Treaty of Nice is shown on the attached pdf file.

As can be seen, the Treaty is a series of amendments to the existing Treaties and not a Treaty in its own right. As a result, the changes introduced by Nice can only really be made sense of by consolidating the text into the existing Treaties.
